About Beneteau

BENETEAU's story began in 1884 in Croix-de-Vie, in the West of France. That year, Benjamin BENETEAU (1859-1928) decided to create the boatyard whose eponym would give birth to the first fishing boats.

130 years later, his visionary spirit is still central to BENETEAU's philosophy. His heritage is a unique vision of sailing and a perpetual desire to innovate.

BENETEAU conceives, designs and builds sailing yachts and motorboats to match to everyone's sailing dreams. From the design office to the 400 dealers throughout the world, 2,500 employees work to offer high-performing, safe, comfortable and elegant boats, together with impeccable service.1

BENETEAU now has 80,000 owners on all the world's seas and ranks as a global leader in the building of pleasure boats.

Meet the Grand Trawler 62, a long-distance cruiser perfect for a life of tranquility and adventure on the water.

The attention to detail sets this yacht apart. Exceptionally spacious, built with luxurious materials that stand out, and designed to spend a long time on board, the Grand Trawler 62 provides incredible comfort and dynamic design that will make you feel cozy and welcome just as if you were at home. 🛥️😍

How can you enjoy life at anchor as much as sailing? With the innovative flared hull design of the Oceanis 40.1, and steps extending over a third of the bow, BENETEAU has broken new ground but made no concessions. The result is a hull that has true speed potential and is stiff under sail. Above the waterline, her deck plan and ultra-spacious interior by Nauta Design is unheard of on a boat this size. You cannot help feeling that you are aboard a 45 foot cruiser!
Easy to handle, comfortable, and smart: Oceanis 51.1 – the renewal of the cruising yacht.
