Description
29 ft open cockpit gaff cutter replica based on the Essex Oyster Smack design. The design was adapted for GRP hull moulding with timber decks & superstructure. Built by Tyrell and Young of Faversham in 1999 and launched in 2000. “Stewart’s Secret” is a pretty, traditional looking yacht which benefits from modern GRP construction methods and hardwood (Iroko) finishing throughout. She is fully fitted with Raymarine Plotter, Furuno Navtex, AIS, and autopilot for longer cruising and has a 1 x 20 HP Beta Marine 20 hp 50l diesel engine. She has three lead and one main sail.
She has a very comfortable feel below deck and anyone will feel immediately at home due to the design and workmanship with an eye to detail. She has been well maintained and is definitely worth viewing.

Réplica del Essex Oyster Smack Velero Clásico Inglés aparejado con vela Cangreja de 29 pies. El diseño fue adaptado para el moldeado del casco de GRP con cubiertas de madera y superestructura. Construido por Tyrell y Young de Faversham en 1999 y lanzado en el 2000. "Stewart's Secret" es un bonito y tradicional yate que se beneficia de los modernos métodos de construcción en fibra y el acabado de madera dura (Iroko). Está totalmente equipado con un plotter Raymarine, Furuno Navtex, AIS, y un piloto automático para cruceros más largos, y tiene un motor diésel Beta Marine de 20 hp 50l. Tiene tres velas de trinquete y una principal.
Se siente muy cómodo bajo cubierta y cualquiera se sentirá inmediatamente como en casa debido al diseño y la mano de obra con un ojo para los detalles. Ha sido bien mantenido y definitivamente vale la pena verlo.
